Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer for the Construction Industry Council, the representative forum for the professional bodies, research organisations and business associations in the Built Environment.
Andrew also holds positions as the Strategy Board Member of the Considerate Constructor Scheme and oversees the use of the Design Quality Indicator, a quality an asset evaluation tool which has been used on over 300 hotels worldwide.
Andrew was previously a Project Manager with main contractor Bovis Lend Lease during which time he delivered major projects across several sectors in the UK and Europe. During the build up to the London Olympics Andrew was a Director of the High Performance arm of the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo and a Sport Competition Manager for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games.
