Director Corporate Real Estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate in London, Johnny Dunford is a chartered surveyor with 10 years’ experience of delivering commercial property solutions. These cover a range of scenarios including valuation, investment, facilities management, asset management and corporate real estate solutions. He has worked for blue chip companies such as IBM and Post Office and also public sector including Parliamentary Estates and Ministry of Defence.
At the other end of the spectrum Johnny worked in a private equity house engaged in opco propco transactions. His experience includes several years at DTZ where he operated extensively across Central and Eastern Europe. He has experience managing complex property projects in a wide variety of locations and situations.
